Human Protein Reference Database: In collaboration with the Institute of Bioinformatics, our laboratory has developed the Human Protein Reference Database, a definitive repository of human proteins. This database currently contains over 20,000 human proteins. This database should serve as a ready reckoner for researchers in their quest for drug discovery, identification of disease markers and promote biomedical research in general.
